Welcome to Princess Treatment. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, booking platform, and the in-home medical aesthetic services (“Services”) delivered by our network of licensed providers. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and medically appropriate for the treatment you book. Some treatments have additional medical eligibility requirements that will be reviewed during your consultation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at booking and to update it as needed.
2. The Services
Princess Treatment operates a platform that connects clients with independently licensed medical professionals (“Providers”) who deliver aesthetic treatments at the client’s location. Princess Treatment is not a medical practice and does not itself provide medical care; the practitioner-patient relationship is between you and the Provider. Each Provider is responsible for the medical judgment, treatment, and follow-up associated with your appointment.
3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Booking: appointments are confirmed once payment authorization is received and we have matched you with an available Provider.
- Cancellation: you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellation: cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee.
- No-show: if no one is available at the booked address at the appointment time, the full service fee will be charged.
- Reschedule: we will do our best to reschedule when capacity allows; same-day reschedules may incur a fee.
- Provider cancellation: in the rare event a Provider must cancel, we will offer the next available appointment or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
Service prices are displayed at the time of booking and may vary by treatment area, dosage, and product used. Promotional codes have eligibility rules disclosed at the point of redemption. We accept major credit and debit cards through our PCI-compliant payment processor. All charges are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. You authorize Princess Treatment to charge your payment method for the booked Services, applicable taxes, and any fees described in these Terms.
5. Medical Consent & Disclaimers
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. Before treatment, you will receive a consultation, review of your medical history, and a treatment-specific informed consent form. By signing the consent form you acknowledge the risks, benefits, and alternatives of the treatment.
Results vary. Outcomes depend on individual anatomy, lifestyle, aftercare, and adherence to instructions. Princess Treatment and its Providers do not guarantee specific results. The information on our website is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
Contraindications. Some treatments are not safe during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with certain medications, allergies, or medical conditions. Disclose all relevant information at consultation. The Provider may decline to treat you if treatment would be unsafe.
6. Treatment Environment
You agree to provide a safe, sober, and reasonably clean environment for your appointment, including a well-lit space, ability to reach a sink, and access to a power outlet if requested. The Provider may decline or stop a service if the environment is unsafe.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website (e.g., scraping, reverse-engineering, attempting to bypass security).
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, abuse, or behave inappropriately toward Providers or staff. Such conduct results in immediate termination of service and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Resell, transfer, or sublicense your account or appointments.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — text, images, logos, video, and code — is owned by Princess Treatment or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant Princess Treatment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services and marketing. You represent you have the right to grant this license.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Princess Treatment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Princess Treatment, its affiliates, and Providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may pursue claims in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, abusive conduct, or in our reasonable discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; medical records will be retained as required by law.
